摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a novel solid-liquid separator that can separate a solid-liquid two-phase fluid that has not a large difference in a specific gravity without using a filter film; and a method.SOLUTION: A solid-liquid separator includes: a rotating structure body that is a rotating structure body immersed in a solid-liquid two-phase fluid, has a smooth surface, in which an opening is formed in the smooth surface, a channel that communicates to the opening is formed internally, and that rotates making a rotary shaft perpendicular with the smooth surface a center; a recovery channel that includes a cylindrical tube that is a cylindrical tube connected to the rotating structure body, is connected with the channel that communicates to the opening, and that sends a fluid that enters from the opening to a recovery part; and a means that provides a smooth surface that opens a given gap and faces in parallel to the smooth surface of a rotational symmetry shape.
