PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of vehicle capable of controlling the posture of vehicle body while reducing uncomfortable feeling of occupants.SOLUTION: A control device of vehicle calculates power source torque control amount of a power source of vehicle which controls the posture of the vehicle body to a target posture, calculates braking torque control amount of a friction brake which controls the posture of the vehicle body to the target posture, calculates damping force control amount of a damping force variable shock absorber which controls the posture of the vehicle body to the target posture, and controls the vehicle based on these control amounts. The maximum value of the power source torque control amount is lower than the upper limit of the power source torque control amount and the maximum amount of the braking torque control amount is lower than the upper limit of the braking torque control amount. |
