PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the long life of a developing member for an electrophotographic device by preventing abrasion of end parts of the developing member for an electrophotographic device that contact toner seal parts.SOLUTION: A developing member for an electrophotographic device includes an elastic layer, and a surface layer that is arranged on the surface of the elastic layer to charge toner by friction. The developing member for an electrophotographic device further includes end part coating layers that are both end parts of the surface layer contacting seals, and are treated with isocyanate or thermoplastic urethane as an end part treatment agent. |
