The optical fiber (19) has an oscillating part supported at one end in an oscillatable manner. The vibratory drive unit (14) vibrates the oscillating part, based on a drive signal. The controller (15) changes the frequency of the drive signal to be transmitted to the vibratory drive means (14). |
