PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase capable of preferably storing merchandise while reducing leakage of cold air.SOLUTION: A showcase includes: a plurality of merchandise placing shelves 30 provided in a storage chamber 11 inside a case body 10 along the vertical direction; and an air circulation means 20 circulating air between the inside and the outside of the storage chamber 11. In the showcase, the article placing shelf 30 has a shelf frame member 301, and a shelf board member 302 supported by the shelf frame member and having an upper face being a translucent plate body to be served as a placement surface. The shelf frame member 301 has: a vent hole part 304 formed at a front end portion 301b and allowing passing of partial air blown out from an outlet 23; and a guide member 305 disposed in such a mode as projecting downward at the front end portion 301b and guiding the air passing through the vent hole part 304 towards a vent hole part 304 of another lower merchandise placing shelf 30 or the like. |
