PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct measurement values of host and subordinate measurement devices so as to meet a summation relation between each measurement device.SOLUTION: In a data processing device, a storage part stores, for a host measurement device and plural subordinate measurement devices, a measurement value obtained by multiplying a count value of plural measurement clock-times or a measurement value required for increasing per count and the count value; an equality restriction calculation part generates, using a variable representing a measurement value at each measurement clock-time of host and subordinate measurement devices, an equality restriction that is the measurement value of the host measurement device at an individual measurement clock-time is equal to a total of the subordinate measurement devices; an upper-lower limit calculation part calculates upper and lower limit values that the variable can take; and an estimation part estimates the variable so as the meet restrictions of the equality restriction, the upper and lower limit values of the variable. |
