PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house building that improves designability by providing a gable sash and a sash in a vertically continuous manner without exposing an exterior wall on an appearance and that can restrain a column and a beam from protruding to an indoor side.SOLUTION: A house building 1 includes: a first portal rigid frame 2 in which a pair of wooden columns 21a and 21b and a wooden beam 22 laid between upper ends of the pair of columns 21a and 21b are joined together; a gable sash that is provided at a predetermined interval forward from the beam 22; a sash that is continuously provided below the gable sash; and a support material 6 that is joined to te beam 22 so as to support a sash substrate 5 subject to attachment of the gable sash and the sash. |
