摘要 The present invention relates to a method for producing a Sunsik product using GABA rice, and provides a GABA rice Sunsik product with high quality and high functionality which is capable of promoting health by giving minerals extracted from native rock minerals to the GABA rice in a process of soaking GABA rice with high contents of food fibers and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in water, thereby enabling the GABA rice to abundantly contain various nutrients while maintaining a good taste. A method for producing a Sunsik product using GABA rice according to the present invention comprises: a grain material preparing step (S10) of mixing 45 to 55% by weight of unpolished GABA rice with 45 to 55% by weight of nonglutinous rice to prepare a grain material; a sterilizing and cleaning step (S20) of injecting the grain mixture in which GABA rice and nonglutinous rice are mixed prepared in the grain material preparing step (S10) into an ozone cleaning machine to sterilize and clean the grain mixture by giving ultrasonic vibration to the grain mixture while blowing ozone gas as well as air produced by a bubble generator into a cleaning tank; a soaking step (S30) of dipping the grain material cleaned in the sterilizing and cleaning step (S20) into water, and mixing the cleaned grain material with a mineral solution extracted from native rock minerals to soak the grain material in the mineral solution for 5 to 6 hours; a dehydrating step (S40) of dehydrating the grain material soaked in the soaking step (S30); a roasting step (S50) of putting the grain material dehydrated in the dehydrating step (S40) into a drum type roasting device including a cylindrical wire mesh to roast the grain material for 20 to 30 minutes by applying heat of a heater to the grain material while rotating the wire mesh; a grinding step (S60) of cooling the grain material roasted in the roasting step (S50), and then grinding the cooled grain material; and an unpolished rice enzyme mixing step (S70) of mixing 10 to 20% by weight of an unpolished rice enzyme with respect to the grain material ground in the grinding step (S60).
