PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is unlikely to give discomfort caused by the coldness of a body fluid to a wearer when the body fluid comes into contact with a skin of the wearer by preventing a decrease in a temperature of the body fluid after excretion and by keeping the body fluid in a relatively warm state.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes an absorber 10, a top sheet 20 disposed on a skin facing surface side of the absorber 10, and a back sheet 30 disposed on a skin non-facing surface side of the absorber 10. The back sheet 30 is provided with a metal layer 31 at least in a part on both the skin facing surface and the skin non-facing surface or on one of the surfaces to have a heat retention effect by the metal layer, and further, the skin facing surface side of the back sheet 30 is covered with a cover sheet 40. |
