The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heating element and the heating element, and a method for using the same. More particularly, the present invention of the method for manufacturing a heating element can reduce combined resistance by combining many fine wires with high resistance values in parallel to completely touch each other. Therefore the heating efficiency can be improved. In the method for manufacturing a heating element according to the embodiment of the present invention, fine wires with high resistance values are manufactured with signal metal and alloyed metal. After that, some of the fine wires are combined with each other. So, the heating element can be made into a bundle of fine wires as a heating wire.
