The present invention relates to a cauldron type induction cooker using an electromagnetic induction device, the cauldron type induction cooker including an inner cauldron and a heating device separated from each other, the heating device being coupled to the inner cauldron only in a cooking operation to enable the cooking operation by an induction coil, and the cauldron type induction cooker cooking food by an electromagnetic induction method of an induction coil by applying a heat circulation principle like a cauldron. The cooker comprises: an inner cauldron receiving container defining a cooking space therein, having a door installed at a front side, and receiving the inner cauldron containing food; a heating device installed at an inner side of the inner cauldron and being guided to a guide bar so as to be coupled to or separated from a lower portion of the inner cauldron; and a lifting and lowering device consecutively connected to the lower portion and the door of the heating device to allow the heating device to be coupled to or separated from the lower portion of the inner cauldron, wherein the heating device is coupled to the inner cauldron only in a cooking operation to cook food uniformly, to enable a user to feel the same taste as that of food cooked in a cauldron, and to minimize heat loss by circulating heat in the inner cauldron under the same principle as the principle applied to a cauldron, a cost due to a heat loss is saved and heat loss is minimized to shorten a time taken to cook food. |
