PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique where, from a solution comprising at least one element among platinum group elements other than ruthenium, and ruthenium, a high purity platinum group element(s) is separately recovered.SOLUTION: The method comprises: a ruthenium oxidization step 11 where, in a solution 10 comprising at least one element among platinum group elements other than ruthenium, and ruthenium, ruthenium is oxidized; a ruthenium volatilization removal step 12 where the oxidized ruthenium is volatilized so as to be removed; and a residual platinum group recovery step 13 where the platinum group element(s) other than ruthenium is recovered by electrolytic reduction. |
