PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently treat a VOC (volatile organic compound)-containing waste liquid in cement manufacturing equipment by using a stripping technique.SOLUTION: A bubble layer generated when VOCs are separated from a VOC-containing waste liquid W1 is eliminated, the separated VOCs (a VOC-containing adsorbent A1 and VOC-containing exhaust gas G3) are incinerated in a cement burning apparatus, and a low concentration VOC-containing waste liquid (treated liquid) L2, L3 obtained after the separation of the VOCs is treated in cement manufacturing equipment. The VOCs are separated from the VOC-containing waste liquid W1 by performing at least one of aeration of the VOC-containing waste liquid W1, addition of an adsorbent, agitation, and heating. The elimination of bubbles is performed by mechanical contact with a rotary vane or the like, contact with an air flow, changes of temperature and pressure in a bubble elimination tank 4, addition of vibration, water spraying, ultrasonic irradiation or the like. Direct incineration treatment of the separated VOCs or incineration treatment of the adsorbent after adsorbing the VOCs or a liquid obtained by cooling and concentrating the separated VOCs can be performed in the cement burning apparatus. |
