PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual system in which data migration is performed while suppressing a total power consumption of the entire system.SOLUTION: A virtual system includes: a host computer in which a guest OS operates on a virtual machine; and a plurality of storage devices including a logical disk used by the guest OS and a physical disk constituting the logical disk. Data migration management means of a storage device of a migration destination instructs PD operation stop means to start an operation of a physical disk of a migration object concurrently with start of migration. I/O management means of a storage device of a migration source: notifies the host computer that I/O to a logical disk should be changed over to a logical disk of a migration destination after data migration of all physical disks constituting the logical disk is completed; and after the changeover of I/O is completed, instructs the PD operation stop means to stop an operation of a physical disk for which the migration is completed. |
