The clip has a base (11) with ends turned away from each other. Retaining plates (14, 15) are assigned for detecting a carrying profile. The plates are assigned to a pair of contact surfaces (12, 13). A reinforcing seam (17) connects the contact surfaces. The retaining plate (14) exhibits a retaining element (21) for additional fixing of the carrying profile. An introduction support (19) for the carrying profile is arranged at the retaining plate (14) that is turned away from the contact surface (12). An independent claim is also included for a shading system with a carrying profile.
