The present invention relates to an image processing apparatus for sequentially correcting a plurality of consecutive images configuring a fairy tale. The image processing apparatus comprises: an image acquisition means for acquiring an image; a representative color acquisition means for acquiring, from the acquired image, a representative color for representing a target area for performing correction; and an image correction means for processing correction on the image based on a set reference color. The image correction means updates the reference color by a representative color of the present year when the similarity of a representative color corresponding to an image of a process target and the reference color falls short of a predetermined threshold value, and does not update the reference color when the similarity exceeds the predetermined threshold value. |
