The present invention relates to a method for preparing wild ginseng water. The method comprises: a step for mixing 1,000 liters of underground water, 300 g of wild chrysanthemum, 50 g of wild ginseng, and 1 kg of loess, and aging the mixture for 10 days; a step for placing 5 kg of charcoal into the aged mixture and deodorizing for 5 days; a step for filtering the deodorized mixture and heating the same to 30C; a step for adding 5 liters of herbal liquor (8% alcohol) which is being fermented to the mixture and aging for 2 days; and a step for heating the aged mixture to 70C for sterilization. Accordingly, the method of the present invention can provide wild ginseng water having additional benefits provided by wild chrysanthemum, wild ginseng, loess, and herbal liquor. |
