PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber connection unit and light source device capable of fixing a receptacle without positional deviation using an adhesive agent.SOLUTION: A fiber connection unit 10 of a light source device 1 includes a receptacle 6 into which a ferrule is inserted and a connection body 7 for connecting the receptacle 6 to a main body. The connection body 7 includes a base part 71 fixed to the main body and a plurality of projection parts 72 projecting from the base part 71. Each projection part 72 includes a holding part 72b that is in contact with the receptacle 6 so as to hold the receptacle 6, and an adhesion part 72c fixed to the receptacle 6 via an adhesive agent 8 interposed between it and the receptacle 6. |
