PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator capable of enhancing the characteristics of the output signal.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric oscillator includes a substrate 10 for piezoelectric oscillator including a substrate 11, a piezoelectric vibration element mounting pad 13, an IC element connection pad 16, and a shield layer 15 provided in the substrate 11, a piezoelectric vibration element 22 mounted on the piezoelectric vibration element mounting pad 13, and an IC element 30 connected electrically with a plurality of IC element connection pads 16. The shield layer 15 covers an output pad 16a, out of the plurality of IC element connection pads 16, connected electrically with the output terminal of the IC element 30, but does not cover an input pad 16c, out of the plurality of IC element connection pads 16, connected electrically with the piezoelectric vibration element mounting pad 13, and the internal wiring 18 transmitting a signal, inputted from the piezoelectric vibration element 22 to the IC element 30, or a signal outputted from the IC element 30 is not covered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
