The present invention relates to an interchangeable cartridge device for an artificial pancreas. The interchangeable cartridge device exposes blood to pancreatic cells to supply insulin. A cartridge connection unit capable of converting a blood circulation path is disposed between a cartridge and a blood vessel connection unit, so blood circulation is maintained and a cartridge in which pancreatic cells are contained can be replaced. The interchangeable cartridge device can be used in vivo and can also be partially used in vitro. The interchangeable cartridge device can avoid a vena cava operation, and enables a user to easily know a blood sugar value or cartridge exchanging time through an external receiver.
