The present invention relates to a two-way driving device of a blind. The present invention enables only a ball chain to be rotated without winding of a blind when the ball chain is clamped to be pulled at the low speed. Moreover, a rotational force is transmitted to a plug coupled to the blind when the ball chain is pulled at the high speed to enable the blind to be wound and enable the ball chain to be returned to an initial position when the ball chain is released from being clamped. |
