According to the present invention, an earphone system for a mobile phone having an active noise cancellation (ANC) function comprises: a speaker provided in an earphone, a microphone for ANC, and a microphone for a voice input; a digital audio interface provided in the mobile phone; a first digital core provided in the earphone; a digital USB host interface provided in the mobile phone; a second digital core provided in the earphone; and an ADC and amplification circuit unit provided in the earphone. The earphone system for a mobile phone can provide the ANC function without an additional battery, and can prevent a digital signal from being distorted in an earphone line and the earphone.
