The present invention provides a carbon nanostructure preparation method using a fluidized layer reactor. The method can efficiently prepare a carbon nanostructure by enabling a continuous preparation process using a part of a synthesized carbon nanostructure as a fluidized material for enhancing the fluidity inside a reactor, wherein the part of a synthesized carbon nanostructure remains for being used as the fluidized material, and optimizing the fluidity of the fluidized material and a catalyst inside the reactor.
