The present invention discloses a manufacturing method of a high or low refractive-index organic-inorganic hybrid coating agent having high transmittance, and more specifically, a manufacturing method of a high or low refractive-index organic-inorganic hybrid coating agent having high transmittance, whereby a refractive-index functional metal alkoxide is bonded to a high-transmittance acrylate precursor by the sol-gel method and without an acidic catalyst. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a high or low refractive-index organic-inorganic hybrid coating agent does not utilize acidic catalysts and thus reduces the risk of ITO corrosion in the display. Also, the manufacturing process is performed in a single reactor, and an optical film can be manufactured by a sol-gel method or spin coating, without using plasma sputtering. Curing can be performed at a low temperature of around 80C, and the process is simple and can facilitate mass-production. Also, a thin film coated with the high- or low-refractive index organic-inorganic hybrid coating agent has similar or superior optical properties, compared to conventional ones using metal oxides, and has superior flexibility compared to ones produced using an acidic catalyst. Therefore, the high- or low-refractive index organic-inorganic hybrid coating agent of the present invention can be advantageously used in place of conventional high or low refractive-index metal oxide coating agents in a refractive-index matching layer inside a flexible touch screen. |
