The present invention relates to a receptacle for extracting a cartridge and a beverage maker having the same, which injects high-temperature and high-pressure water into a pack type cartridge, particularly a cartridge having beverage powder therein, packaged with a porous outer cover, such as a capsule or nonwoven fabric, so as to make various kinds of beverages such as espresso and red ginseng tea. According to the present invention, a crema control means comprises: a foam increasing body having a foam generation unit connected to a first discharge path; and an opening/closing member to open/close a second discharge path. Since the amount of foam of the extracted beverages is controlled by the crema control means, a drinker may selectively extract the beverage with adjusted foam according to his or her own preference. |
