PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean an X-ray inspection device with high-pressure water without any problem.SOLUTION: An X-ray inspection device includes a belt conveyor having a belt 15 and a plurality of rollers 20, a shielding cover which covers the conveyor and can be opened and closed, an X-ray emission source, and a sensor. Each of the rollers 20 includes a support shaft 21 whose shaft end faces a front side, a bearing 24 provided to the support shaft, a cylinder 25 around which the bearing is fitted by insertion and which is wound with the belt, a seal member 26 around which the support shaft is fitted by insertion and which keeps the bearing hermetic inside the cylinder, and a protection member 27 around which the support shaft is fitted by insertion and which is provided outside the seal member. Even when the cover is opened and the conveyor is cleaned with high-pressure water, the seal member is protected by the protection member from the high-pressure water and a breakdown due to water entering the bearing is not caused. |
