In the present invention, there is disclosed a device comprising a measuring apparatus (5), optionally a release stand (4) and a control mechanism (6). The control mechanism (6) is connected with a dynamometric mechanism (51) that is located on the measuring apparatus (5) where it senses loading forces being transmitted from a conveyor transport band (15) to the measuring apparatus (5). The loading force values are compared in the control mechanism (6) with a reference value. In case of exceeding thereof due to a volume overflow of the transport band (15), the control mechanism (6) transmits a switch-off signal to a drive (16) and to locking mechanisms (7). In case of faultless operation, the locking mechanism (7) holds the measuring apparatus (5) swing frame (54) and the release stand (4) suspension frame (41) in stationary position. After receiving the switch-off signal, the drive (16) stops, the locking mechanisms (7) disconnect and both the swing frame (54) and the suspension frame (41) swing in the direction (b) of the transport band (15) movement. The transport band (15) opens so that transported material (19) can be removed therefrom. Thus, the hose conveyor (1) returns to the required operational conditions. |
