摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food that satisfies an eating person in taste, smell, texture, etc. by mixing a vegetable food material processed in solid shape (chopped and cut), into the pasted vegetable food material, and filling a casing with the mixed food material to form sausage shape, and a method for producing the food.SOLUTION: The method for producing the sausage food includes processing, into paste, 50-100 pts.wt. of the vegetable food material exposed to low temperature steam kept to 50-99°C, for 15 minutes or longer, and then filling the casing with the pasted vegetable food material.
