PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict overload protection stoppage of an actuator due to its time degradation by determining the state of time degradation of the actuator, and prevent an unexpected decline in production efficiency by executing maintenance work and other corrective actions before overload protection stoppage occurs.SOLUTION: An actuator controller of the present invention determines that the actuator is in an initial state of time degradation when the number of times a load factor operation value F of the actuator became equal to or greater than a second threshold F2 is equal to or greater than a prescribed count (between time T1 and T2), that the actuator is in a middle state of time degradation when the duration of time the load factor operation value F successively became equal to or greater than the second threshold F2 is equal to or greater than a prescribed time (between time T2 and T3), and that the actuator is in a last state of time degradation when the number of times the load factor operation value F became equal to or greater than a first threshold F1 is equal to or greater than the prescribed count (time T3 or more). |
