PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle which can enhance heat insulation properties.SOLUTION: In a heat insulation structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle, a first heat guard 101 as a first heat insulation member which so covers a clearance between a pair of left and right main frames 72, 72 as to span the pair of main frames 72, 72 is provided, the first heat guard 101 is formed in a recess 101y which is recessed downwards between the left and right main frames 72, 72, and a second heat guard 102 as a second heat insulation member which covers the recess 101y from above and spans the left and right main frames 72, 72 is provided. |
