The device for creating a radioactive material distribution map acquires measurement data including the results of measurement by the radiation detector and position information of the movable body measured by the position measurement instrument. The device for creating a radioactive material distribution map creates a distribution map of radioactive material using measurement data at a plurality of positions obtained in conjunction with movement by the movable body.
