The measuring element is hydraulically connected to a supply port (2) and a discharge port (3) for the liquid and has an electronic interface (4) for transmission of measurement data. The measuring element is hydraulically connected with an electric pump (5) between the supply port and the discharge port. One of the two ports is arranged on an end of a flexible pipe element (6) for variable connection of the supply port and the discharge port to geometrically different port conditions.
