The present invention relates to a heat radiation pipe filled with water, a manufacturing method thereof and a heating mat provided with the same and, more specifically, to a heat radiation pipe filled with water, a manufacturing method thereof and a heating mat provided with the same, which prevent deformation of and damage to heating wires to enhance durability and safety, are formed to get internal pressure of the pipe to be vacuous for evaporating the water, which is a thermal medium, even though the water is heated at low temperatures to effectively heat a room, and save consumption of electric energy. The present invention provides the heat radiation pipe filled with the water includes: a pipe having both ends sealed to form a hollow part therein; heating wires installed to pass through the pipe; and the water with which the hollow part of the pipe is filled, and further includes: a heating wire fixating unit formed on an inner surface of the pipe to seat and fixate the heating wires; and a heating wire damage preventing unit formed in the direction of arranging the heating wires, wherein internal pressure of the hollow part of the pipe is formed to be less than standard atmospheric pressure. The present invention provides the heating mat provided with the heat radiation pipe filled with water, which comprises: a bottom fabric arranged on a bottom; a decoration material arranged on an upper surface of the bottom fabric; a cover fabric arranged in an upper part of the bottom fabric; and the heat radiation pipe arranged between the bottom fabric and the cover fabric and filled with the water. |
