The present invention provides an apparatus for measuring a motor loss, for efficient performance measurement of motors in various sizes and for improving measurement accuracy. The apparatus includes: a base frame having a guider extending on an upper surface in a front-rear direction; a test rotary shaft which a rotor is attached to or detached from; a load motor which rotationally drives the test rotary shaft at a predetermined output; a shaft coupler which is selectively fixed to the guider unit and to which the rear end of the test rotary shaft is rotatably coupled; a jig which is selectively fixed to the guider to be arranged between the shaft coupler and the load motor and has a fixing means that surrounds and fixes the outer surface of a stator such that the stator is attached to or detached from the jig; and a sensor part which measures a rotating force and a rotating speed, wherein the jig includes a guider coupling part slidably coupled to the guider such that outputs of a state in which the stator is arranged to surround the rotor by moving the jig in a front-rear direction along an axial line of the test rotary shaft and a state in which the rotor is separated from the stator are calculated and compared.
