The present invention relates to a heat pump type thermo-hygrostat system. The present invention enables simultaneous operation of cooling and heating and enables heating operation simultaneously performed with humidification. The present invention performs cooling operation using an outdoor unit and an evaporative indoor unit during cooling operation, blocks some refrigerant coils of the outdoor unit during dehumidification to simultaneously reduce a volume as the condenser and use some refrigerant coils of a condensing indoor unit as the condenser to prevent the indoor temperature from being lowered during the dehumidification. On the contrary, the present invention performs the heating operation by using the outdoor unit and the condensing indoor unit during heating operation and operates some partial coils of the evaporative indoor unit as an evaporator during the dehumidification in order to perform dehumidification. |
