The present invention relates to a waterproof case and a mobile terminal assembly using the same. The waterproof case comprises: a body having an opened side so as to form an empty space therein; a cover coupled to the body so as to cover the body; and a hinge part connecting the cover and the body together and providing a central shaft to allow the cover to rotate. A stepped pulley is formed on an upper end edge of the body, recessed toward the inside, and a gasket provided on the stepped pulley tightly closes the space formed by the body and the cover. |
