The present invention relates to a U-valet system for smart parking information. The U-valet system for smart parking information comprises: a parking stopper which is provided with an optical sensor capable of determining whether a vehicle is parked in a parking lot; a central control server which collates parking information received from the parking stopper and processes information so as to be serviceable to a user; and a mobile communication terminal which is mounted with a parking control application for processing parking situation information such that the parking situation information is received by using a beacon. According to the U-valet system for the smart parking information, a sensor provided in the parking stopper can acquire parking information of a vehicle, the central control server can collate parking information, and the collated information can be received through the mobile communication terminal, so that it is possible to improve convenience of a user searching for a parking space and to guide the user to the parking space in which a vehicle is to be parked. Accordingly, the parking space can be efficiently managed. |
