According to the present invention, a press device for manufacturing a heat sink comprises: a transfer unit transferring a consecutive assembly member arrangement body, in which assembly members combined with a heat sink are consecutively arranged at regular intervals through a bridge, to intersect with the heat sink in a widthwise direction of a transfer direction of the heat sink; and a combination unit installed in upper and lower jigs where the assembly members and the heat sink intersects, to cut the assembly members from the bridge through punch pressure of an upper punch while combining the members with the heat sink. Since work to form the heat sink from a material coil of a metal plate and work to combine a support member with the formed heat sink are performed through one single device, there is no need to separately perform a post-process for the combination of the support member after the manufacture of the heat sink. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing time for production, reducing costs for production due to the reduction of labor costs, and reducing a defective component rate through automation. |
