PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer that can substantially reduce the possibility of coming-off of an metal eyelet even when a cloth to which the eyelet is to be mounted is thin or elastic, and achieves very solid mounting, and to provide an eyelet equipped with the washer.SOLUTION: In a washer, a washer body having a center hole, and a tubular body rising from the rim of the center hole to an opposite side to a cloth contact surface side are integrated.
