PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform support for performing contact corresponding to a customer's state by previously grasping the customer's state.SOLUTION: A contact supporting system includes: a customer's state estimation part for estimating which psychological state out of a plurality of previously determined psychological states corresponds to a customer's psychological state on the basis of customer behavior information obtained from customer's behavior; an approach information storage part for storing approach information in which information indicating how to contact with a customer is included in each of the plurality of psychological states; and an approach information presentation part which detects a customer whose psychological state estimated by the customer state estimation part is different from a preceding psychological state, reads out approach information corresponding to the detected customer's psychological state from the approach information storage part and presents the approach information. |
