摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method of inhibiting irregular proliferation of an autoreactive T cell which causes various immune system diseases such as autoimmune disorder as an acute and tardive radiation injury known to be appeared at high possibility after radiation exposure; and an autoreactive T cell proliferation inhibitor for inhibiting the occurrence of the autoreactive T cell after radiation exposure.SOLUTION: There are provided: a method of inhibiting the occurrence of autoreactive T cell after radiation exposure; autoreactive T cell proliferation inhibitor therefor comprising FGFC as an active ingredient; and a method for preventing immune system disorders due to acute and tardive radiation injury with the autoreactive T cell proliferation inhibitor. There are also provided a method for autologous transplantation and a pharmaceutical composition, whose method comprises the following steps: obtaining immune cell or tissue comprising T cell or dendritic cell from a living body after radiation exposure or before radiation exposure; culturing the cell under FGFC; and returning to the living body subsequent to providing with the cell with inhibiting effect on autoreactive T cell proliferation.
