PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a process in need of avoiding a forced-stop to avert a forced-stop by temporarily changing a force-stop setting value used for determining the order of a forced-stop.SOLUTION: A forced-stop setting value table 193 stores a forced-stop setting value used for determining order of a forced-stop for each of plural processes. A setting value parameter table 194 stores change upper limit time for maintaining a state where a force-stop setting value is changed. A process request reception part 210 receives a change request for a forced-stop setting value from a requesting process. A setting value change part 220 changes the forced-stop setting value of the requesting process to a requested setting value on the basis of the change request. A change time measurement part 230 determines whether the change upper limit time of the requesting process has elapsed, since changing the forced-stop setting value of the requesting process. When the change upper limit time of the requesting process has elapsed, the setting value change part 220 returns the forced-stop setting value of the requesting process to an initial value. |
