PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decomposition method of volatile organic gas having no adversary affect on the environment, using a reusable catalyst, and capable of efficiently decomposing gas containing volatile organic substances of low concentration by a catalytic combustion method.SOLUTION: A decomposition method of volatile organic gas is to decompose volatile organic substances in gas by a catalytic combustion method, and uses hydroxyapatite as a catalyst with a mol ratio of Ca to P (Ca/P) of 1.67-2.50, as necessary. |
