The present invention provides an inductance type displacement sensor using frequency modulation, capable of excluding the use of a receiving coil but minimizing a displacement detection error caused by an external noise. According to the present invention, the inductance type displacement sensor includes: a first excite coil connected with a first oscillator, and generating inductance depending on the power supply of the first oscillator; a coupler installed by corresponding to the first excite coil; a second excite coil connected with a second oscillator, and generating inductance depending on the power supply of the second oscillator; a multiplier connected with the first excite coil to multiply a frequency of the first excite coil, and connected with the second excite coil to multiply a frequency of the second excite coil; a low pass filter (LPF) connected with an output terminal of the multiplier to remove a high frequency component; a converter connected with an output terminal of the low pass filter to convert a low frequency signal into a square wave signal; and a signal processor connected with an output terminal of the converter to output a voltage for an input frequency. |
