The present invention relates to a micro convertor of a photovoltaic system which can prevent an inductor over-current phenomenon due to mismatch through effective wiring of the micro convertor in the photovoltaic system using a current deviation compensation type micro convertor. In the photovoltaic system including multiple photovoltaic modules which include the micro convertor and are serially constituted, one end of a micro convertor comprised at each photovoltaic module is connected to one end of a micro convertor of a photovoltaic module prepared at a position skipping an adjacent photovoltaic module. Another end thereof is connected to one end of a micro convertor of a photovoltaic module prepared at a position skipping a photovoltaic module adjacent in an opposite direction. Thus, an over-current generated in an inverter is prevented.
