The present invention provides a regenerative energy power converter configured using a plurality of regenerative converter modules having relatively lower rating internal pressure than a line voltage. The regenerative energy power converter to collect regenerative energy and storing the regenerative energy in a power storage device may comprise: a distributing unit having a plurality of voltage distribution units to be connected in series to distribute the line voltage; and one or more regenerative converter units connected to the plurality of voltage distribution units, and having the plurality of regenerative converter modules to convert the power corresponding to the distributed distribution voltages into the regenerative energy, respectively.
