The present invention relates to a communication system and a communication system based on a moving cell node and a method for the same, in which the moving cell node serves as a terminal in the relationship between the moving cell node and a base station. According to the present invention, the communication system includes a user terminal and the moving cell node which constructs a moving cell according to the locations of the user terminal to provide a mobile communication service of the base station to the user terminal within the moving cell node. The moving cell node serves as a local gateway and a local server, and provides a wireless backhaul link with the base station (200), a sidehaul link with a neighborhood moving cell node, and an access link with user terminals (10) in the moving cell through a wireless interface, so that a communication environment between moving cells and a communication environment with the user terminal can be provided. |
