The present invention relates to technology for implementing a vote, a referendum and a public-opinion poll in a research management server connected to a communication network and a research participant terminal and a research requestor terminal. The research management server according to the present invention transmits individual problem information to which the participant has to respond to the research participant terminal when a code number and research acceptance information are imputed from the research participant terminal, receives response information about the same, and stores the same. Thereby, a research content is received according to the intention of individuals at a time when a research is to be started. So, research reliability between a research requestor and an object to be searched, can be improved. |
