The present invention relates to a horizontal duct for ventilating a bathroom to provide a wide flat surface in an apartment house without using a vertical duct. More specifically, the horizontal duct for an apartment house comprises: an air blower (120) positioned on an upper portion of an inner wall (200) facing a living room on a bathroom side; a grille (130) to block an inflow of external air and perform ventilation; and a horizontal duct (100) wherein the air blower (120) is positioned on one side thereof and the grille (130) is positioned on the other side thereof. The bathroom is a space which does not come in contact with external air. The living room is a space which is formed by a ceiling finishing surface (400) and walls (300, 500) and comes in contact with the external air. The horizontal duct (100) protrudes on the living room towards an indoor space.
