The present invention relates to an outer wheel with a two stage structure and a non-pneumatic wheel using the same, and more specifically to an outer wheel with a two stage structure and a non-pneumatic wheel using the same which forms an outer wheel comprising a non-pneumatic wheel in a two stage structure made of a different material with each other to improve structural strength and to improve load capacity due to the improved structural strength while maximizing a dispersion effect. According to the present invention, an outer wheel for a non-pneumatic wheel comprises: a ground surface contact unit which comes in contact with a ground surface and a coupling unit protrudes from the inner side surface thereof; and an inner wheel coupling unit which is coupled to a coupling unit with the ground surface contact unit by a certain space apart from each other. |
